In recent years, thanks to the castle’s management, the venue has undergone a significant concept shift that has been widely covered in the news. From this year onward, the castle no longer operates as a hotel, but exclusively as an event venue. This change brings numerous advantages for couples planning their weddings.

Now, there is no longer a requirement to book the castle for minimum two nights, and couples can choose from several rental options Of course, the castle provides top-tier services, reflecting its premium nature. We have had the privilege of organizing weddings at Botaniq Castle twice. The first time, under the previous system, we coordinated a luxurious three-day wedding with accommodation, numerous services and programs, a rehearsal dinner, and a BBQ pool party. The second time, we were able to organize a one-day, classic destination wedding, perfectly tailored to the castle’s setting.

From an event planner’s perspective, the castle is not a simple venue. It covers a vast area, and with many smaller rooms, making it easy to “get lost.” This is not a classic ballroom where everything is visible from one point Every corner of the building is a masterpiece, and we recommend taking full advantage of these spaces. With careful planning, the program can be structured so that guests can fully enjoy the castle’s unique features. Depending on your guest number, you can decide where to hold the dinner and the party.
Since the food is now prepared by a professional caterer and not by the local staff in-house, ad-hoc bistro-style experiences or à la carte orders are no longer possible. This is especially important to consider for multi-day events as pizza orders, for example, won’t be an option.
When planning décor and the overall concept, it’s essential to carefully consider the number of used spaces and its function. Because the castle territory is so large, costs can escalate quickly, and we have not yet mentioned any rain plan. How do you keep it stylish without overdoing it or underdoing it?
