After you contacted us to help you planning your event, we arrange a personal or virtual meeting with you. We get to know each other, you outline your ideas, your visions and you tell us in which part you would like to have our assistance.
So the first meeting is just brainstorming, and then we see what you are looking for and for what extent you need are services for. We make a budget accordingly and send out a tender to you and even then you have the option to stand off. But you are the right place!
Our aim is to satisfy you and on this basis we make our calculation. When we finally make an agreement that is when the adventure starts – the planning of your very special event – just like the way you have imagined.
We organize mainly in Budapest, but have already organized, or took part in the execution of several events that were held in in Bucharest, Riga, Tallinn, Istanbul, Antalya, Vienna, Skopje and Baku. We have extensive network of contacts and willingness to explore other European cities as well.
